The community is professionally managed by welcoming staff and has a 24 hour guarded gate and patrol staff.

Try fishing, boating, water or jet skiing on Raccoon Lake or take a leisurely stroll or cycle through our natural surroundings. There really is something for everyone and the welcoming and friendly residents will make you feel right at home.

Local Area:

Just a few minutes drive away, the US-192 main highway has a great selection of restaurants including Houllihans, Outback Steakhouse, Red Lobster, TGI Friday's, Carabbas Italian Grill, Cracker Barrell to name just a few. There is also a selection of stores and large supermarkets, including a 24 hour Super Walmart just a few minutes away. At the entrance to the community you will find the 'Shoppes at Vista del Lago' which is home to several stores and dining options such as a Chinese buffet, a local pub serving home cooked food, Pizza Hut, Subway and a Chinese takeaway. Anytime you want a break from driving, there is a regular bus service at the entrance of the resort that runs along the US-192 and offers a connecting service taking you right into Disney.
The I-4 interstate is close by giving easy access to Universal Studios, SeaWorld, Kennedy Space Center and all the other incredible attractions Central Florida has to offer.
